CEI IMPACT

Since 2003, the Civic Engagement Initiative (CEI) has been able to successfully increase voter participation, voter education and voter turnout in targeted neighborhoods. To assist in measuring the initiative, the Institute for Asian American Studies prepared an evaluation of the CEI for 2003-2004. In addition, MassVOTE created analysis of the initiative based on Election Day turnout information from 2003-2005.
